The MAC & Occupancy Coordinator supports daily workplace operations related to Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC), occupancy coordination, and customer support activities across assigned buildings and office spaces. This role is responsible for coordinating employee moves, supporting seat assignments, maintaining occupancy data accuracy, managing service requests/tickets, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely operational support. The position works closely with clients, workplace operations, facilities teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support efficient workplace services and day-to-day building operations. This is an execution-focused operational support role that follows established workplace procedures, operational workflows, and occupancy coordination processes.
