MAC Engineer /Admin
About The Position
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Mac Engineer /Admin. This is a Full Time - Contract position with a duration of 12+ Months, located in Charlotte, NC. As a Mac Engineer /Admin, the candidate is responsible for collaborating closely with the Mac Support Team to implement server management plans, resolving network identification and IP conflicts, and overseeing DHCP and server IP configuration. The role requires a solid understanding of Server Administration concepts and primary experience with MacOS and iOS admin and support. The candidate must be familiar with MacOS Server Scripting and automation of software patch installations and security software updates, possess solid knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration, and the ability to resolve Network Identification/IP conflicts. Knowledge of Managed OS and Software packaging and installation, as well as Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf, and other server access and security profile configuration software is also required. Extensive experience with MacOS Servers is expected.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Server Administration concepts
- Primary Skill with MacOS and iOS admin and support
- Familiar with MacOS Server Scripting and automation of software patch installations and security software updates
- Solid knowledge of DHCP, Server IP Configuration and ability to resolve Network Identification/IP conflicts
- Knowledge of Managed OS and Software packaging and installation
- Knowledge of Workspace One, Tanium, Jamf and other server access and security profile configuration software
- Extensive experience with MacOS Servers
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering
