About The Position

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to help lead our front door operations in a fast-paced upscale dining environment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with reservations, guest relations, leadership, and team accountability — not just greeting guests at the door. This position includes overseeing OpenTable operations, assisting with guest recovery, helping lead the host team, and maintaining high hospitality standards throughout service. Part-time position with 30+ hours available and growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years hospitality or restaurant experience required
  • OpenTable experience required
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday)
  • Evening and holiday availability required
  • Must be professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Previous leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee reservations, seating flow, and OpenTable operations
  • Lead and support the host team during service
  • Assist with guest complaints and service recovery
  • Coach hosts on professionalism, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards
  • Help maintain organization of menus and front desk operations
  • Communicate effectively with management and service staff
  • Assist with scheduling and shift organization as needed
  • Maintain professionalism during high-volume shifts
