Powered by a team with an active learning mindset and client centricity at its core, we deliver lasting value for the world’s leading enterprises. This posting is for a position within the Experience unit at Genpact. Experience is Genpact’s capability for designing and improving the platforms, interactions and journeys employees and customers use every day. With deep expertise across leading platforms like Adobe, Microsoft, Sitecore, and Optimizely, we unite strategy, human-centered design, engineering and AI inside core enterprise systems, so experiences don’t just look better, they perform better, drive adoption and turn advanced technology into measurable business outcomes at scale. We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Security & Governance Architect to lead the security workstream for a Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption initiative. This is a lead role in providing strategic and hands-on guidance across data protection, information governance, identity security, Copilot readiness, AI governance, and Microsoft Purview. You’ll design and implement solutions closely with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Modern Workplace teams to ensure M365 tool adoption that aligns with enterprise security requirements, regulatory obligations, and risk management objectives. If you’re a security professional who’s equally comfortable leading and developing end-to-end security solutions, wiring up cloud tools and monitoring, and shipping practical implementations of trusted platforms that make a real difference for end user confidence, this is your role. At Genpact Experience, we leverage design and product thinking to solve our clients’ most complex challenges using the best tools available. When you join us, you’ll work across a broad variety of exciting industries including financial services, healthcare, legal, and retail. You won’t just wire up configurations; you’ll build the cloud and AI backbone that lets millions of users interact seamlessly with the platforms our clients depend on.
