This role combines project leadership with deep functional understanding of M365 technologies, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of migration and workflow modernization initiatives. Core Competencies: Client Advisory – Trusted advisor capability with ability to lead discovery workshops and strategic roadmap sessions. Solution Architecture – Skill in designing scalable, secure M365 environments aligned to client needs. Technical Depth – In-depth knowledge across the M365 stack including security, identity, endpoint, and collaboration tools. Project Execution – Proven ability to manage consulting engagements from scoping through delivery and handoff. Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and executive audiences. Problem Solving – Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose complex technical and organizational challenges.
