About The Position

Harris Williams is hiring an Analyst to join our Energy, Power & Infrastructure team in the Richmond, Virginia office. This role offers high exposure to clients and senior bankers, representing the firm throughout the entire client engagement. Beyond client work, this role will expand your professional experience through recruiting initiatives, mentorship programming, efforts to generate new client engagements, and more. The firm provides a robust training program designed to build relationships, provide baseline knowledge of M&A, and prepare you for your first client engagement. Harris Williams is a global investment bank specializing in M&A and private capital advisory services.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Eligible candidates should be working towards or already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution.
  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

  • Complete a profile with Suited.
  • Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting.
  • Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet connect.
