About The Position

Mosca Plastic Surgery, a partner of the Inspire Aesthetics Group, is seeking a licensed Lymphatic Massage Therapist as a 1099 contractor for their Delray Beach office. This role is crucial for the aftercare of patients undergoing in-practice procedures, aiding in their safe and healthy recovery. The therapist will perform manual lymphatic massage to assist with toxin release, body contouring, silhouette reshaping, and slimming. They will provide specialized post-operative MLD care, tailor sessions to individual client needs, maintain a clean environment, educate clients on post-treatment care, and deliver excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation and staying current with advancements in lymphedema therapy through continuing education.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of experience in post-operative lymphatic drainage massages.
Massage Therapy License (Required).
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) or Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification (Required).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to foster an environment of collaboration and respect with physician colleagues, nurses, and other healthcare team members.

Nice To Haves

Trilingual is a plus (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
