About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate, experienced LVNs, RNs, and CNAs to support staffing needs for a hospice center across the DFW area. The role involves delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes or in facility settings. Requirements

• CNA certification required (no caregivers).
• Valid LVN or RN license in the state of Texas (for nursing applicants).
• 2–3 years of experience required.
• Must provide a resume with relevant experience.
• Experience with total care patients and Hoyer lift required.
• Must be reliable, a team player, and committed.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification (employee responsible for obtaining).
• Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray) – company paid.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to patients.
• Provide support for hospice and home care needs.
• Perform total care for patients.
• Utilize Hoyer lift as required.
• Document care using a mobile app.
• Track time using a mobile app.
• Manage scheduling via a mobile app.
