Requirements
- Valid Texas LVN license and current CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in patient care planning and contribute to team meetings.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
