About The Position

MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring LVN Nurses to provide compassionate and dependable skilled care, treatment, and rehabilitation in accordance with individualized pediatric care plans. This position involves active participation in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, referring physicians, and other agencies involved in the patient’s care. A specific patient case involves a 23-year-old patient with unspecified intellectual disabilities, developmental disorder of speech and language, and other deletions of part of a chromosome. This patient does not have a trach or vent, is mobile (no lifting required for the patient), and is somewhat verbal. The family is seeking one daytime LVN for a 5:30 AM – 8:30 PM shift, Saturday - Monday.

Requirements

Current Texas Nursing License (LVN only)
Valid Texas driver's license
Current CPR certification accepted by the agency
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
