About The Position
Aspen Private Duty Nursing is seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN to provide 1:1 care for a trach, vent, peg, wound patient in the home setting in Fort Worth, Texas. If you have experience caring for patients and value focused, individualized care in a private duty environment, this is an excellent opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a meaningful way.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Texas LVN license
- Experience with oncology patients
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Trach patients
- Experience with Vent patients
- Experience with wound care patients
- Experience working with Private Duty Nursing cases
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 home setting
- Monitor patient condition and manage related symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform ongoing assessments and document accurately
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care team, and family
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient status
