Requirements
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Home health or private duty experience preferred
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care in the home setting
- Medication administration and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting patient condition
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and care teams
- Following individualized care plans
- Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well-being
