About The Position

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Highland Palms Highland Palms is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team. Pay Range: $29–$32 per hour, DOE Shift Availability: AM Shift PM Shift What You’ll Be Doing: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care Support and guide CNAs to promote safe and effective resident care Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards What We’re Looking For: Current LVN license in good standing Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach to care Why Join Highland Palms? Requirements
