About The Position
Plymouth Village, a HumanGood community in Redlands, CA, is seeking an on-call LVN to provide nursing care to residents, incorporating a "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The role involves ensuring a safe and healthy environment, engaging in residents' daily life, and developing assignments in coordination with care partners to inspire and hold team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction. This position offers a pay rate of $30-34/hour, plus a $2/hr night shift differential. The schedule is full-time, temporary, with a 4 on 2 off rotation, and the assignment duration is up to 90 days. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Current CA LVN license
- Current CPR certification
Nice To Haves
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
