About The Position
Join the Team at Pine Creek Care Center LVN Treatment Nurse. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday-Thursday schedule, starting at $40/hour. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated LVN Treatment Nurse to join our exceptional team at Pine Creek Care Center. This is an opportunity to work closely with residents, families, physicians, and an experienced nursing team to provide outstanding wound care and treatment services in a supportive long-term care environment.
Requirements
- Current California LVN/LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in long-term care
- PCC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide physician-ordered treatments and medication administration
- Monitor, assess, and document wounds and skin conditions
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, PT/OT, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with care planning and treatment protocols
- Ensure dignity, comfort, and compassionate care for every resident
- Support and guide nursing staff through training and teamwork
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
