About The Position

At Diablo Valley Post Acute, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. The LVN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated LVN with strong clinical and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience required
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care
- Monitor clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
