Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team in Harlingen, TX and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their homes, adhering to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments and monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate patient care effectively.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to maintain and protect the quality of patient care.
