About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team in Bowie, TX and surrounding areas. As a nurse with Angels of Care, you will provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a significant difference in the lives of infants, children, and adolescents and their families within their homes. This role involves focusing on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to their active plan of care, conducting ongoing assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements

Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
Provide care in a client home setting
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Responsibilities

Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordination of care
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
