About The Position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/RN plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within the Health Care Services industry. Requirements

Valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or RN license in the state of employment.
Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Proven experience working as an LVN or in a similar nursing role.
Strong understanding of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
The LVN/RN utilizes clinical skills daily to assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures with precision and care.
Strong communication skills are essential for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Organizational skills help manage multiple patient needs and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities enable the LVN to respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions.

Experience working in a healthcare facility similar to the job location, such as hospitals, clinics, or long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities
