About The Position
Assists the professional nursing staff in providing maximum patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each assigned patient. Under supervision give direct and indirect patient care as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current Vocational Nurse license certified by the State of Texas required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Effective oral and written communication skill.
Nice To Haves
- Current ACLS and PALS preferred.
- IV therapy course preferred.
- One (1) year of Licensed Vocational Nursing experience in a hospital environment preferred.
