LVN Outpatient - After Hours (40161)
About The Position
Hinds LifeCare, a well-respected nonprofit agency in California’s Central Valley and a pioneer in hospice and palliative care, is seeking an after-hours Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their team. The LVN, under the direction of the Clinical Manager or a registered nurse, will provide direct patient care to patients in their home as needed. Requirements
- Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Education Program.
- Demonstrated ability to work with health team personnel.
- Current LVN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Recent physical and TB test.
- Tdap, MMR, Varicella, HepB immunizations.
- Valid CA driver's license.
- Willingness to use personal vehicle in the course of employment.
- Proof of automobile insurance.
- Proof of current auto registration.
- Acceptable driving record (no more than 3 points within a 36-month period).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 35 lbs.).
- Available to work Thursday - Monday, 3:30PM-12:00AM.
