Requirements
- Active LVN/LPN RN license (California)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent resident care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulations
- Support admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
