About The Position

This is a Casual position with an 8-hour DAY shift schedule located at our Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo. The workdays will vary with the shift being 7:45am - 4:45pm. Requirements

• Current California LVN license
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Provider
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year of outpatient experience as LVN or LPN
• Experience in an outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families and document patient interactions.
• Practice infection control and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.
