Requirements

Current and active California LVN license required
Current BLS/CPR certification required

Nice To Haves

Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred
Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care
Support and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and nursing support staff
Promote a positive and professional team environment focused on quality outcomes
Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are implemented
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding care plans and treatment goals
Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
Mentor nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in audits, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
Help manage staffing workflows and support efficient nursing operations
Address clinical concerns proactively while maintaining resident safety and satisfaction
