About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking an experienced LVN/LPN to provide quality nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting in Beverly Hills, California. The LVN/LPN will support patient care, clinical assessments, treatments, documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team. This is a 13-week contract assignment with a 5x8 schedule totaling 40 hours per week. Eight-hour shifts are scheduled within the specified shift range; the start time is based on facility needs at the beginning of the assignment and typically remains consistent throughout the contract. The stated pay rate is $43–$48 per hour ($1,720–$1,920 per week).
Requirements
- Active California LVN/LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work the assigned 5x8 schedule.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patient conditions.
- Perform patient assessments, take vital signs, and carry out clinical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
