About The Position

This is an outpatient clinic position requiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). A flu vaccination is mandatory for this role, with no exceptions or declinations permitted. The position requires 2 years of experience in an ambulatory/outpatient clinic setting. Candidates must possess a valid LVN license in California, BLS certification (AHA or ARC only), and certifications in IV therapy and blood withdrawal. Experience with Epic is also a requirement. This role does not require weekend work, but does require floating to different areas as needed. There is no on-call requirement. Licenses must be active at the time of submission, and no scheduling requests can be accommodated.

Requirements

• 2 years of ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience.
• Active CA LVN license.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
• IV and Blood withdrawal certifications.
• Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Administer flu vaccinations.
• Float to different areas as needed.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and management.
