About The Position

Monterey Pain & Spine Institute and Majestic MD Spa are seeking a polished and skilled Infusion Nurse (LVN) to join their team in a high-touch, patient-focused environment. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll work closely with physicians, delivering exceptional infusion care alongside advanced clinical support. This position is highly competitive and requires proficiency with IV starts. Requirements

• Active California LVN license (required)
• Completion of an accredited infusion therapy training program as an adjunct to LVN school
• 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in an infusion or clinical setting
• Current CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of emergency protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate needs and be pro-active
• Ability to follow specific training guides and written protocols
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Comfortable working in a boutique, concierge-style clinical environment

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion therapies safely and efficiently
• Monitor patients and manage any adverse reactions
• Provide clear patient education and follow-up guidance
• Support physicians in a high-level clinical/advanced MA capacity
• Ensure seamless patient flow and a personalized experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols
