Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience. Recognizes ethical conflicts and seeks council and resources on the unit to assist in resolving ethical and clinical concerns. Accurately documents all patient care activities as per documentation standards. Seeks assistance from others to further develop documentation skills. Performs routine physical/psychosocial assessment to collect basic data: follows the written plan of care, standards, practice guidelines, utilizes pathways. Utilizes assessment data to identify patient care needs, to include patient education and discharge planning.
