About The Position
Assisted is looking for a per diem LVN to support our Los Angeles Home Health branch. We have about 10-15 visits per week currently available. Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
- Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
- Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.
- Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
