Requirements
- Active LVN license (Texas)
- CPR certification required

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vitals, assessments, and documentation
- Administer medications and assist with procedures
- Perform lab testing and support patient evaluations
- Handle prescription refills and provider orders
- Maintain exam room readiness and inventory
- Serve as liaison between patient and care team
