About The Position

As our Dispatcher, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You will manage a diverse fleet of 50 luxury vehicles and work with a team of professional chauffeurs and affiliate partners around the world, ensuring that every CEO, celebrity, and traveler arrives exactly when they need to be there—in style. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Orchestration: Assigning and dispatching 100+ daily trips using our specialized reservation software. Fleet & Personnel Management: Balancing the schedules of chauffeurs to maximize vehicle efficiency and meet labor requirements. Real-Time Problem Solving: Monitoring live traffic, flight delays, and vehicle locations to proactively adjust routes before a delay even happens. High-Touch Communication: Acting as the primary link between our clients and our chauffeurs, maintaining a professional and calm demeanor under pressure. Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in dispatching (livery, logistics, or emergency services preferred) or high-volume luxury hospitality.
- Availability: Sunday - Wednesday 10am to 9 pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
- Skills: Exceptional multi-tasking and triage abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge: Proficiency with Santa Cruz, Samsara, and/or Driver Schedule is a major plus.
