Nirvana is entering an exciting new chapter as we prepare to open our brand-new flagship wellness destination in September 2026. Designed to redefine self-care in Philadelphia, our new space will bring together luxury aesthetics, therapeutic massage, advanced wellness and recovery services, medical spa treatments, beauty, and holistic experiences—all under one stunning roof. We're looking for a dedicated Luxury Spa Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant who takes pride in creating beautiful, immaculate spaces where guests can relax, recharge, and escape from the outside world. Every fresh towel, perfectly prepared treatment room, and spotless wellness space plays an essential role in the five-star experience our guests have come to expect. This position is ideal for someone who believes luxury is found in the details and takes genuine pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services experience, preferably in a luxury spa, wellness center, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move laundry and housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A genuine passion for creating an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all bathrooms, changing rooms, relaxation spaces, and guest common areas.
• Launder, fold, organize, and restock towels, robes, linens, and blankets to the highest standards.
• Ensure showers, saunas, wellness amenities, and all spa facilities remain exceptionally clean, sanitized, and guest-ready throughout the day.
• Promptly remove soiled linens, trash, and waste while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Restock towels, toiletries, beverages, and guest amenities to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
• Assist with preparing treatment rooms and wellness areas between appointments as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization throughout the facility while following all health and safety protocols.
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure every guest enjoys a pristine, welcoming, and relaxing environment.
