Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build authentic relationships with customers to understand their needs and guide them through purchases, trades, and pawn transactions
  • Consistently meet individual and store sales goals
  • Develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge across jewelry, luxury handbags, watches, and electronics

  • Represent the Braswell & Son brand with professionalism and care at every customer touchpoint
