As a Concierge Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a luxury retail environment located at M6J 2Y7.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Ontario Security license
- First aid certification
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problems solving skills

Responsibilities
- Customer service duties like welcome and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Deter Theft
- Identify potential risks
- Conduct interventions with customers to deter theft
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person
