A 5-week paid training program is provided, with opportunities for raises and promotions upon completion.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, cashier, or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to multitask
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
- Sales background, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating pawn agreements for items such as jewelry, luxury merchandise, and more.
- Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment for customers.
- Greet customers and interact with them in person and on the phone.
- Process sales, loans, and extensions.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
