Requirements

  • Italian (C1) & English (B2+)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy & multitasking ability
  • Customer-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with hotel reservations worldwide
  • Provide information about rooms, services, and offers
  • Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Support loyalty program members
  • Handle customer requests via phone, chat, or email
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
