About The Position

The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise within the store. This leader is accountable for end-to-end Fashion category performance — including sales results, visual execution, team capability, and the consistent delivery of elevated styling and storytelling behaviors. The Fashion Manager translates brand strategy into daily, observable behaviors, ensuring every team member can confidently connect, curate, and close within the Fashion category. • Turns training into daily behaviors and habits
• Helps customers express creativity through styling and layering
• Helps customers discover personal style through curated recommendations
• Helps customers celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry
• Improves key KPIs including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors
• Reinforces consistent Fashion presentations across the team
• Leads by example through personal performance
• Partners with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent
• Builds a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category
• Lead total Fashion category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution
• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion
• Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection
• Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
• Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member, every month
• Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling
• Turn training into daily behaviors and habits
• Activate the Brand Promise
• Help customers: Express their creativity through styling and layering
• Discover their personal style through curated recommendations
• Celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry
• Drive Performance Excellence
• Improve key KPIs including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors
• Reinforce consistent Fashion presentations across the team
