We represent the pinnacle of automotive craftsmanship, and we are seeking a welcoming, highly organized Luxury Dealership Receptionist to be the face of our brand. If you pride yourself on delivering world-class hospitality and thrive in a refined, fast-paced environment, we want you on our team. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our clients' visits and incoming phone calls. You will manage our high-end showroom reception area, handle administrative duties, and ensure every guest receives white-glove service.

Requirements

Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor that aligns with luxury brand standards.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally polite, helpful, and empathetic phone and in-person presence.
The ability to multitask gracefully in a dynamic, sometimes demanding environment.

Responsibilities

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, offering beverages and ensuring their comfort while they wait.
Manage a multi-line phone system, screening and routing calls to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.) with precision and speed.
Clerical duties assigned by department managers that include: Office Mgr, GM, Sales Mgr. and other managers as requested.
