Requirements

  • Experience in luxury or premium retail (or a strong passion for fashion with sales instincts)
  • Know your designers, fits, and trends—or are obsessed with learning them
  • Confident, well-spoken, and naturally good with people
  • Care about presentation, details, and showing up polished
  • Can work weekends, holidays, and high-energy retail moments

Responsibilities

  • Hit (and exceed) sales goals through genuine client connections, smart follow-ups, and personalized styling.
  • Offer confident fit and styling advice across luxury menswear from elevated essentials to standout statement pieces.
  • Turn first-time shoppers into loyal clients through memorable service, trust, and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, polished, visually inspiring sales floor that reflects current fashion and the Hirshleifers vibe.
  • Help with receiving, tagging, stocking, and merchandising to keep the store running seamlessly.
