Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
- Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
- Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
- Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Observant and passionate about customer experience.
- No prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Choose your assignments based on personal preferences and profile.
- Visit luxury stores or evaluate online by engaging with sales associates in stores or online from home.
- Observe and assess the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
- Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the platform.
