About The Position

CXG is a global Customer Experience consulting firm specializing in premium and luxury brands. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences in luxury settings, providing critical feedback to help brands refine their services. This role involves visiting boutiques, evaluating online purchases, or handling returns, with each in-store visit taking approximately 20 minutes. You will have frequent opportunities to perform several missions per month and collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
  • Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Not currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Choose assignments that align with personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online interactions.
  • Observe and assess the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the company's platform.
