Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership preferred

Responsibilities

Greet clients and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns and repair needs
Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Prepare repair orders, explain services performed, and review final invoices with clients
Build lasting relationships by delivering personalized, client-focused service
