Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a luxury automotive dealership preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival through vehicle delivery
  • Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns and repair needs
  • Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and updates in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare repair orders, explain services performed, and review final invoices with clients
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering personalized, client-focused service
  • Uphold THE COLLECTION’s standard of excellence in every interaction
