Kunes Auto Group has acquired Chevrolet of Lake Bluff, transforming it into a premier luxury-focused automotive destination serving Chicago’s North Shore and high-net-worth clientele. The company is building a white-glove, concierge-level sales team and is seeking individuals who understand service, presentation, and closing at a high level. This is a high-touch, high-income automotive sales role, with top performers expected to earn $200,000–$300,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5-star hospitality-driven buying experience
  • Build relationships with affluent clients and repeat buyers
  • Guide customers through luxury vehicles and premium pre-owned inventory
  • Conduct professional product presentations and test drives
  • Manage leads from digital, phone, showroom, and referral sources
  • Negotiate and close deals ethically and efficiently
  • Maintain elite CSI and customer retention
  • Represent Kunes Auto Group with class, confidence, and integrity
