About The Position

Kunes Auto Group is establishing a luxury-focused sales and finance operation at Chevrolet of Lake Bluff and is actively seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager. This role is designed for individuals who can run elite deals, maximize product performance, and has the potential for top performers to earn $300,000+.

Requirements

• 2+ years Finance Manager experience
• Documented $3,500+ PVR
• 250%+ product penetration

Nice To Haves

• DocuPad or similar experience preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products
• Use a menu selling process
• Maximize product penetration and PVR
• Ensure deal compliance and funding
• Work with lenders and sales team
• Maintain CSI and compliance standards
