About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years in finance, accounting, dealership admin, or lending support
• Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here—every deal counts)
• Comfortable working with Excel and financial systems
• Ability to manage multiple deals/tasks at once
• Clear communicator—able to explain financial info in plain English

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dealership systems (DMS), RouteOne, or Dealertrack is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and submitting auto loan and credit applications
• Coordinate with banks and lenders to finalize financing approvals
• Maintain and organize finance contracts, loan docs, and customer records
• Support customers by explaining loan terms, rates, and payment structures
• Ensure all deals comply with state, federal, and dealership requirements
• Track deal progress and follow up on pending approvals
• Partner with sales teams to keep deals moving efficiently
• Handle basic customer questions related to financing
• Generate reports and support the Finance Manager as needed
