Requirements

  • 2+ years of Automotive F&I Manager experience required (luxury preferred)
  • Proven track record of high production and profitability
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and deal structuring
  • Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with sales and management teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Tech-savvy with solid MS Office and general computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), RouteOne, ADP, eLeads preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute and uphold the dealership’s F&I process with strict compliance and transparency
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products, including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
  • Maximize backend gross while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the General Manager to track, analyze, and achieve F&I performance goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure optimal approvals
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and company regulations
