Requirements
- 2+ years of Automotive F&I Manager experience required (luxury preferred)
- Proven track record of high production and profitability
- Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and deal structuring
- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with sales and management teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office and general computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), RouteOne, ADP, eLeads preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Execute and uphold the dealership’s F&I process with strict compliance and transparency
- Present and sell finance and insurance products, including service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
- Maximize backend gross while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Partner with the General Manager to track, analyze, and achieve F&I performance goals
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure optimal approvals
- Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and company regulations
