About The Position

The Luxury Auto Greeter serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at a high-end automotive dealership or showroom, ensuring an exceptional and welcoming experience that reflects the brand's prestige. This role is pivotal in creating a positive and lasting impression by providing personalized greetings, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating smooth customer flow throughout the facility. The Luxury Auto Greeter collaborates closely with sales and service teams to coordinate appointments and enhance overall customer satisfaction. By maintaining a polished and professional demeanor, the greeter helps uphold the luxury brand’s reputation and contributes to building strong client relationships. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive industries.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all customers and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist clients with initial inquiries, provide information about the dealership’s services, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service personnel.
  • Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with sales and service teams to optimize customer flow and minimize wait times.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas to reflect the luxury brand’s standards.
  • Handle phone calls and electronic communications promptly and courteously, addressing customer questions or routing them to the correct department.
  • Support special events and promotions by assisting with guest reception and providing information as needed.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the dealership’s vehicle inventory, features, and services to better assist customers.
