The role involves assisting in food preparation and serving, operating the cash register, ensuring food supply replenishment, and managing food storage and disposal. Daily cleanup of kitchen and service areas, including dining areas, and periodic deep cleaning of refrigerators and storerooms are also key responsibilities. The position requires maintaining a neat and sanitary trash collection area and performing related duties as needed, including at special meal functions. This is a 184-day (9-month) position with daily work hours of 7.5 hours.
