About The Position

Temp Staff Management Group is seeking a Lumper for our client in Bethlehem, PA. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers, organizing products for storage and shipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to workplace safety, and can perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly and stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers safely and efficiently
• Sort, stack, and palletize products according to customer and warehouse requirements
• Wrap and secure pallets to prepare products for storage or shipment
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Inspect products for visible damage and report shortages, damages, or other discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
