About The Position

The Lumper moves product with a forklift or pallet jack from trailers to another area of the warehouse dock during receiving. The role follows safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining efficient product flow through the production process. The employee works as a team member within the department and organization and performs other assigned duties to serve the company. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Pay is $18.00 per hour. The work may involve multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience.
Able to work scheduled or assigned times and required overtime.
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves and replenish product at various heights. Products weigh 10–35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60–100 pounds, depending on location.
Able to work in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.
Must pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of warehouse experience.
OSHA forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

Move product from trailers to the appropriate dock staging area safely and efficiently.
Sort and segregate pallets or product as needed.
Check product for damage and alert receivers when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards.
